Veggie Stew
Easy peasy here in Thailand. Fresh produce is the key. I just grab a handful and chop up. Toss in the Crock Pot. Add water. Add spices. Turn on High. Cook for several hours.
Saturday at the local market. Thais get up at 3am to open this stall. They take naps in the truck.
