Tacos is the easiest Mexican food to cook. First, brown up any type of meat. In the meantime, cut up some onions, tomatoes, lettuce and whatever.
When the meat is done heat up the shells. Using the oven is the best way. Build your own taco using the above, add taco sauce and shredded cheese. Eat.
Taco Bell finally made it to Thailand, but I'm betting mine are better.
